OUR TEAM
Cassio Calil
Cassio Calil is a co-founder and managing partner of Kapital Advisors.
Prior to founding Kapital Advisors in 2020, Cassio was the Global Head of Financial Services for Brightstar Corporation, a SoftBank subsidiary, where he focused on democratizing accessibility in the wireless space using financial products. Prior to joining Brightstar in 2016, Cassio held various roles at JP Morgan from 2004-2016 including Head of International Corporate Client Banking, President of Asset Management in Brazil and Head of Corporate Solutions. Prior to joining JP Morgan, Cassio worked at IBM for 17 years where he held the position of Assistant Treasurer.
Cassio is currently the Managing Partner of TEM, a healthcare startup in Brazil, and a Managing Partner of COPAP, a supply chain finance company. Cassio holds a Master’s degree from Macquarie University in Sydney and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Mackenzie University in São Paulo.
